The Closing Disclosure contains details about your loan.   Use this tool to make sure everything is correct on your Closing Disclosure. Lenders are required to provide your Closing Disclosure three business days before your scheduled closing.   Don’t be afraid to ask questions, especially if something doesn’t look right.

HARP – How It Can Help You Refinance

Home Affordable Refinance Program—was created by the Federal Housing Finance Agency specifically to help homeowners who are current on their mortgage payments, but have little to no equity in their homes, refinance their mortgage – that is, they owe as much or more than their homes are currently worth – are eligible for a HARP refinance.  Do your research then talk to your lender.
